There are two insurance options available such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). The CDW is optional and driver needs to pay extra money if he wants this. The benefit of having this insurance is if there is any accident or damage due to his fault then the charges he has to pay can be reduced. The PAI covers accidental insurance in case of death or any disability to the passengers caused due to the car rented in UAE.
If the tourist is having tourist visa then he needs to submit some documents to the rental company such as photocopy of passport with visa page, photocopy of international license and a valid credit card along with originals for verification purposes.
